"Really nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The location is great, with local shops and some lovely little cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. One thing to note is that the nearby cafés don’t open until around 9am, and the hotel restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast, so this is worth keeping in mind if you like an early breakfast. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the meals I saw coming...

"A good location and easy check in process with a nice view. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the shower was difficult to use as you could not tilt the showerhead in different directions."

"It's been a couple of years since I last stayed here. Check in went smoothly but the lady on reception was not overly friendly. We stayed in Room 19 on the ground floor. Things were as I remembered them, however, instead of a shower curtain there was now a glass door. Despite having the shower door, the bathroom still flooded as there is no lip in the shower or suitable slope to the drain to stop the water. The bed was comfortable, however, despite having the air conditioner on cool, I found the bedding to be too hot and I only slept with a sheet on. The TV was easy to use, but we lost all but channel 2 most likely due to the wet weather as all other stations were pixelated or there was no picture at all. Hopefully our next stay will be better."
